Kenta Koyama is an Associate Professor of Organizational Psychology and Career Psychology. He got a Ph.D in Media and Governance from Keio University. His past job was a Project Research Associate at Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University. 

He also teaches at Keio University and Sophia University as a part-time lecturer. He is in charge of projects of employee survery and 360-degree feedback as a Project Researcher (Visiting) at Career Resource Laboratory, Keio Research Institute at SFC. He is a lecturer at WASEDA NEO which is organised by Waseda University.
He is registered as a Career Consultant (National Qualification) and a MBTI Qualified User (Japan-APT member), and completed the Basic Module of CASE METHOD TEACHING AND DISCUSSION LEADERSHIP at KEIO Business School.
